Have breakfast like a queen...

A recent study published in the journal Obesity found that obese women with metabolic syndrome who were on a diet with 3 meals per day lost more weight if they ate the most calories for breakfast compared to women who ate most calories for dinner. The amount of calories eaten per day was the same in both groups.

In addition the women in the breakfast group had a better improvement of metabolic parameters (e.g. blood glucose or triglycerides).
